With your permission, similar products of equal or greater value may be substituted as required.
Price and availability may vary for some destinations and during holiday period.

Delivery

To enjoy our delivery service, a minimum purchase amount of HKD 500 (net price) is required.

**Delivery Fees:**
– Central: HKD 60
– Other areas on Hong Kong Island: HKD 100-200
– Kowloon: HKD 150-250
– New Territories: HKD 150-280
– Designated areas such as Discovery Bay, Airport, and Tai Lam: starting from HKD 380 (please inquire before placing an order)

Delivery services will be suspended until further notice.

Feedback

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, the delivery process or any other aspect of your order please contact us immediately by e-mail or phone, and we will make every effort to correct the problem. Due to the perishable nature of our product, please make all customer service inquiries within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund your money if no other satisfactory remedy remains.
